How Tracking Works

After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder for updates from our store.

Some tracking links begin updating only after the carrier scans the parcel into its network, so a short delay between shipment confirmation and visible movement is normal.

When to Expect Updates

  • Order processing takes place before shipping and may vary depending on product availability and order volume
  • Tracking activity may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after you receive your dispatch confirmation
  • Carrier updates are generated by the shipping provider, so scans may appear in stages rather than instantly

Common Shipment Statuses

Order Confirmed

Your order has been received successfully and is waiting to be processed.

Shipped

Your parcel has left our fulfillment flow and is on its way to the carrier network.

In Transit

Your package is moving through the shipping route toward the final destination.

Delivered

The carrier has marked the parcel as delivered. If you cannot locate it, please check with household members, building staff, or the delivery point first.
