At Moxielens, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because contact lenses are hygiene-sensitive products, our return standards are designed to protect customer safety while providing fair support when something goes wrong.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact contact@moxielens.com as soon as possible. We may be able to assist if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Eligible Returns
We generally accept returns only for unopened, sealed products in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed contact lenses are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged parcel, or a product you believe to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the case promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed contact lenses
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without prior review or approval from our support team
- Orders affected by an incorrectly provided shipping address after dispatch
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement after processing.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our side.
How to Request Support
Please email contact@moxielens.com with your order number and supporting details. We review each request individually and will provide the next steps if your case qualifies for return, replacement, store credit, or refund consideration.
